While most of the world spent the past year navigating a new normal of working, schooling and quarantining at home, many artists turned their attention to their practice.
So what did artists do when they were stuck inside at home during the pandemic? Practiced creating art with a new medium? Set out to finish that one project that seemed to never be done? Found inspiration in the quiet streets and endless Zoom meetings? Made some great art? Had vivid dreams? Make art about their dreams?
